** Xcode Tools Workshops - Sydney & Melbourne **

The Apple University consortium is pleased to announce it is offering 20
partially funded places to each of the AUC Xcode Tools workshops to be held
in Sydney on the 25-26 February and Melbourne on 6-7 March.

The workshop is aimed specifically at students who study computing science,
computer engineering, information technology, mathematics or related
disciplines and/or have an interest in developing software for computers.
Staff from member Universities are also welcome to attend. It is expected
that those who attend will have some computer programming experience using
languages like but not limited to Java and C/C++. It is not expected that
students have experience programming on the Mac OS X platform previously.

This AUC workshop explores the use of Xcode and other Apple tools throughout
the software development process. Particular attention will be paid to
enhancements in Mac OS X Leopard, including the new Instruments performance
tool and the fully-redesigned Interface Builder 3.

A maximum of 20 people can attend the workshop so places at the workshop
will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
