[UniMacTech] Summary: Anti-Virus for Mac

Thanks to everyone that responded to my question about Anti-Virus for  
Mac,

Some alternatives to McAfee VirusScan are Sophos (http:// 
www.sophos.com.au) and ClamXAV (http://www.clamxav.com/).
M VirusScan 8.6 is apparently showing some performance improvements  
although we are going to test the two alternatives.

Hi mac gurus,

We are currently using McAfee VirusScan for Mac 8.5 and finding that  
is effects system performance. Before I download and install 8.6 just  
wondering what other antivirus software people are using for  
macs...good and bad experiences etc.
