[UniMacTech] Printing to Novell/PCounter queues

Hi Mark,

We run Pcounter here. Now on our Macs we are running the web client but we
used to have an old Windows box at the front of the labs for them to swipe
their cards and release the job. That appears to be the two options and both
the students and central IT love the web client method.
