[UniMacTech] iTouch on 802.1x wireless network (TTLS, PAP)

Hi there mac gurus,

Trying to add an iTouch to our 802.1x wireless network (TTLS, PAP).  
Seems you need to create a profile using the iPhone Configuration  
Utility then email it to the device, so how do I get it on the iTouch  
that can't get on the network.
Anyone managed to get around this? Surprised there doesn't seem to be  
a straight forward way of syncing the profile.
