Out of curiosity, how are you intending to deploy the mobile config to  
the phone? Email or Web? It seems a little chicken and egg to me...  
I've not had time to explore the options fully, but it'd be nice to  
have the ability to plug the phone into a Mac and have it  
automagically configure based on IMEI/Serial/MAC address/etc. I'd also  
have liked it if one could force an initial background image so we  
could have our logo on the phone when handing it over to a staff  
member. I guess this kind of stuff (and perhaps securing it down to  
avoid changes too) will come in time.

For the moment, the first couple of devices we hand over to staff are  
likely to be fairly manually setup (but with documented steps of  
course to ensure a like config each time)... :-)
