[UniMacTech] What are people using for Dictation/Voice

We use MacSpeech for handicap users and also for some of the medicos for dictation of notes. Seems to work well, although have not had much feedback, possibly this means no problems.

MacSpeech Dictate won Macworld Best in Show 2008 and uses the Dragon speech engine.
I'm guessing MacSpeech is the only game in town. Is it any good and is there anything I've missed?
