[UniMacTech] G5 Pro PSU removal.

         Hello all,
     I have a G5 pro (one of the heavy aluminium boxed machines) here 
with a dud power supply.

     I have removed the dud PSU and ordered a new one.

     The question that I have is has anyone else removed one of 
these? did you have to remove the motherboard?

      I am just asking as I removed the motherboard but am 
considering re assembling the machine until the new PSU arrives so 
that nothing gets lost and trying to re install with the motherboard in situ.
