[UniMacTech] Proxy and Parental Controls

For those who need to run 10.5 computers in a lab environment and found they
could not have Parental Control turned on, we have found a work around to
this although not the best solution.

What we did was to rename the etc/httpd folder which effectively stops the
internal Apache web service, this is set to start automatically when a user
with Parental Controls turned on logs in.

Hopefully Apple will revise / fix this issue in a future Software Update.
