[UniMacTech] OT: looking for a simple discussion forum with email notifications

Hi everyone,

sorry for going a bit off-topic, but I'm looking for a really simple 
discussion forum system that I can run up on  OS X server and will 
automatically email all users everytime there's a new post. I don't want 
polls, buddy lists, chat, personal messages, karma or what-have-you. Just 
a threaded discussion forum with automatic email notification.

Anyone come across such a thing?
