[UniMacTech] Leopard SMB mounting issue

I have been having similar issues with a Filemaker server using Retrospect
to connect to an SMB share for backup. I eventually found a site that
recommended using Go->connect to server and saving to favorites. Then
dragging the user->library->favorite into login items in account prefs, this
may be the site I got it from-:
http://www.stress-free.co.nz/tech/leopard
It seems to work ok but I have had to reboot a couple of times on occasion
to get it to map properly. I have an auto logon set up too, to make it work.
I have also noticed that Finder in 10.5 seems to revert back to the root of
a network SMB share, when closed then re-opened, even though the drive was
mapped to sub directory folder.

Cheers
Al
