The iPhone Developer University Programme was introduced to ANZ in
late December. Initial applications were by invitation, but the
programme is now open for applications from appropriate staff at New
Zealand and Australian tertiary institutions.

Mobile platform development has proven to be very popular - you may
have seen some colleagues already commence work on teaching iPhone
development <http://www.uq.edu.au/news/index.html?article=17268>.

This programme is free and designed for degree granting higher
education institutions looking to introduce curriculum for developing
iPhone or iPod touch applications. It differs from the standard
developer programme <http://developer.apple.com/iphone/program/apply.html
 > in that it is specifically designed with curriculum in mind.
Applications that do not fit this criteria will be rejected.

Should you wish to apply, please do so on the following URL.
