Hi Ray,
What information do you have about on-site repairs?
In the past this has been special "uplift" (ie additional cost) option.
AppleCare (which is being proposed as the logical "replacement" for
TriCare) doesn't look to be on-site (at least not according to the
details currently on the Apple Store).
So it looks to me (without any contact from our Apple Account
Manager), that in order to get 3 years on-site (our current standard)
we are going to have to pay for AppleCare and then pay again for an
onsite uplift?
