Is the pricing similar to current pricing on APP available on the
online EDU store? (or is it more/less?)

For that extra we get phone support... (current APP doesn't appear to
be on-site).
If on-site is now included at similar cost to current APP then the
equation changes (ie on-site is an added value to some, MUCH more so
than phone support).
