This is why I suggested embedding the font. Your point about Lucida Sans
Unicode is a good one though, thought I mentioned it, BTW MS has no *full
Unicode fonts* but Lucida Sans Unicode and Arial Unicode are the most
complete. And I whole-hartedly support the use of styles.

Doulos SIL is a serif and is identical on both platforms.

Most amusing but only because my Dad use to hire/borrow trailers all the
time when I was a kid and he was constantly having trouble because the
"standard" coupling for the break lights and indicators can and often is
wired two different ways. Turn the indicator on to go left and the
indicator to go right starts blinking on the trailer (strangely some
people think this is normal).
"If there are two possible ways of doing something it will most likely be
done the wrong way." A variant of Murphy's law.
