[UniMacTech] Cyberduck and server ftp

Hi all,
    We have found that if you ftp or sftp a file to a OS X Server 10.5.6 via
Cyberduck the permissions that are on the users driver get transferred to
the server no matter what the permissions are, or no matter what the
permissions are of the receiving folder.

Has anyone else seen this before? Is there a way to stop this behaviour?

This could leave the server open to attack via a web page once a file is
uploaded.
