David,<br><br>I had a similar problem earlier and found that turning off automatic software update and automatic shadowing on the software update server settings in Server Admin fixed it. This was a 10.4 box but it had a similar symptom. Have you tried that?<br>

Hi all After updating our servers to 10.5.7 we have noticed that software<br>

/private/var/root/Library/Caches/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate<br>
