Leaving aside that awful email for a moment, we've received some information
from Apple on the changes to APP for ed institutions.</font><font size=3>

3 year global hardware coverage, 3 year phone support)</font></ul><font size=2 face="sans-serif"><br>
There's a document describing the pricing for the two options which I imagine
is available from your friendly neighbourhood Account Manager, but I think
it's about $50 more for the Unisys/NBD service. On the plus side, it is
now a global warranty (tricare was Au only), which might be useful once
